We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify our online presence, drive engagement, and attract learners to our innovative programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote the center’s courses, workshops, and certifications.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored campaigns to drive enrollment and engagement.
Content Creation & Management
- Create compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics, that highlights the center’s programs and success stories.
- Manage and update the website with engaging and SEO-optimized content.
Social Media & Online Campaigns
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.
Community Engagement
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with current and prospective learners.
- Organize webinars and virtual events to promote the center’s expertise and programs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the academic and program development teams to align marketing efforts with educational goals.
- Partner with external agencies or freelancers for design and content support when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, technology, or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and education is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing for high-tech or education sectors.
- Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic knowledge of coding, AI, or other high-tech fields to align marketing content with the center’s programs.
- Fluency in both English and Thai is a plus.
