Key Responsibilities

• Teach Comprehensive EV Topics: Provide training on EV components, drivetrain systems, energy storage technologies (e.g., batteries), and charging infrastructure.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, practical demonstrations, and assessments related to EV technology and industry standards.
• Hands-on Training: Lead practical workshops on EV maintenance, safety protocols, and diagnostic tools.
• Stay Current with Trends: Incorporate the latest advancements in EV technology, such as solid-state batteries, autonomous driving systems, and smart charging networks.
• Custom Training Programs: Tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of different audiences, including students, engineers, and professionals transitioning to EV-related careers.
• Mentorship: Guide students in project development, career planning, and certification preparation.
• Industry Engagement: Collaborate with industry partners to align training with current market needs and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of EV technologies, energy storage systems, and charging infrastructure.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in a technical field is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools and software used in EV diagnostics and simulation (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Thai proficiency is a plus).
• Passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with EV assembly, maintenance, or diagnostics.
• Knowledge of renewable energy integration with EVs, such as solar-powered charging stations.
• Familiarity with international EV standards and regulations.
